Illuminated Signs
Illuminated signage can considerably improve the impact of your signage, especially in areas where there is competition for advertising attention. We can manufacture a range of styles from large roof-top illuminated 3D signs to lightboxes and internally lit fabricated lettering.

External signage covers a very broad range of signs, ranging from simple panel signs to large free-standing pylon signs and large 3D fabricated illuminated letters and logos on the tops of buildings and lightboxes. We have extensive experience in even the most complex projects.

School Signs
Many schools across the Greater Sydney Area and throughout Australia now use SignCo for signage advice and signage solutions. We design and install quality, long lasting signs to enhance the educational environment for both students and teachers alike, and protection from graffiti is provided as a standard.
The signage includes changeable message signs, wayfinding signs, gymnasium signs, window frosting, honour boards, room signage and plaques, and statutory signage.
SignCo has installed approximately 500 changeable message signs at schools throughout Australia and offers both manually operated and fully electronic ranges of variable message signage.

Vehicle Signs
From large-scale national fleet branding and re-branding projects, to one-off vehicles for sole traders, SignCo has both the resources and experience to professionally manage the entire process from design to installation.
We use only premium vinyl for both computer cut signage and full colour brilliant digital prints. Also available are some stunning special effects such as carbon fibre, matte finishes, and reflective vinyl. We also print one-way vision for the windows, and produce magnetic signage for a temporary solution.

Engraving & 3D Carving
Signco uses its large flatbed CNC router to cut and engrave a broad range of solid panels, including aluminium, engraving laminates, MDF, exotic timbers, acrylic, polycarbonate, PVC, and High Density Urethane (HDU).
In addition to cutting any shape, we can produce pretty much any type of engraved sign, from very fine multi-level engraved signs to large format engraved panels.
SignCo is able to 3D carve your signage for that very special sign, and we have won a number of National sign awards for this type of work. From sculpted 3D logo signs for your internal reception foyer wall, building fascia, or external feature freestanding plinth…right through to something like a full-sized Rolls Royce Phantom…. we are able to help you.

Exhibition & Display
Signs
Exhibition signage includes digitally printed posters and panel signs, pull-up retractable banner displays, polyester fabric wall prints, floor graphics, and individual letters mounted to frontrunner fabric walls.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
SignCo’s founder and Managing Director, Paul Price, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master of Business Administration degree and has held senior management positions with a number of major organisations during his working career where he developed advanced business, logistical and project management skills.
By coupling these skills with the broad range of complementary skills held by other SignCo staff, the company is able to offer exceptional project management services for those more complex jobs.
Some examples of where our project management capability has been utilised include two concurrent projects where we were required to produce and apply signage to 1,100 commercial vans in a twelve week period; and in national company name change projects where the customers’ branch networks are spread ‘far and wide’ throughout Australia and New Zealand.
MANUFACTURING
SignCo has extensive ‘in-house’ manufacturing capability incorporating the following equipment and facilities:

CNC (computer-controlled) flat-bed router which profile-cuts; 2D and 3D engraves; and 3D sculpts a broad range of materials including timber, plastics, high density urethane, polystyrene foam, expanded PVC, aluminium;

Aluminium and steel welding & fabrication equipment;

Large, fully enclosed, filtered-air spray booth;

Wide format full-colour solvent (outdoor) ink high-resolution printer; and
-
Adhesive vinyl cutters.
With the aid of this extensive range of production equipment we can manufacture most signs ‘in-house’, which ensures the highest standard of quality control and the shortest production lead times.
INSTALLATIONS
SignCo supplements its own installation team with the use of sub-contracted sign installation specialists for very large or specialised projects. Our strong project management capability ensures that the most complicated and difficult installation projects are completed on time, safely and without mishaps.
Recent sign installations have required a partial main road closure requiring both Council and RTA approvals; a night time installation involving the use of a crane and boom lift equipment; and concurrent installations at a large number of remote locations throughout Australia and New Zealand.
